01 — Overview

One workspace, many brands.

KromaLoop is built for the agency case rather than the single-brand case. An agency has one workspace; each client is a project inside it, with its own voice, palette and facts. The pipeline runs generate, review, approve, schedule — and publishes to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

02 — Problem

Generation is easy. Staying on brand across ten clients is not.

Anything can produce a social post now. The difficulty for an agency is that the output has to be right for a specific client — their colours, their tone, their claims — and it has to stay right across hundreds of posts and several people, none of whom will catch every drift.

There was a second, self-imposed constraint. Tools in this category converge on the same look: dark template chrome, glassmorphism, a neon accent, a row of oversized metrics that mean nothing. I wanted this to read as an operator's instrument rather than a product screenshot, which meant explicitly ruling those defaults out at the start rather than discovering them later.

03 — Approach

The brand is the source of truth, and the queue never lies.

Setup starts from the client's own website: KromaLoop reads it and pulls the palette, the fonts, the logo and the voice into a brand record. Everything generated afterwards is bound to that record, with accuracy guardrails it cannot cross — so the system has something specific to be faithful to rather than a general instruction to be on brand.

The other principle is that scheduling states are always honest. A post is drafted, approved, queued or published, and the interface says which — no indefinite spinner, no ambiguity about whether something actually went out. For a person answerable to a client for what appeared on their feed, that is the feature.

04 — Outcome

Running, and publishing to all three networks.

The platform is built and operating end to end: a brand is ingested from a URL, content is generated against it, a human approves, and posts publish on schedule to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

It currently runs on an internal environment rather than a public production domain, so there is no link here yet — the screenshots are the real product.
