I trained as a multimedia art director in Paris, then packed up at 24 and moved to Shanghai for my first full-time job. What began as one move became twelve years across China, Taiwan and Japan, designing products in social video, AI and IoT, beauty commerce, fitness and web.

In Taipei I co-founded two companies at once: DreamSpot, a digital product studio, and eBeauty Asia, a booking platform connecting beauty professionals to customers during off-peak hours. I shaped the brand, design system and product for both.

Then Tokyo. I spent three and a half years at Vacan as senior UX/UI designer, making congestion legible in restaurants, hotels, offices, car parks, restrooms and evacuation centres. That work won a Good Design Award in 2021 and an iF Design Award in 2023.

Back in France, I spent nearly two years at Evoliz designing billing and accounting software for small businesses. Learning how French bookkeepers actually work turned out to be the most useful thing I have ever done for my own products.

Twelve years of context-switching between cultures, industries and teams taught me one thing above all: the best products hide their complexity. I care about the decisions users never notice, the flows that just work, and the systems that let a team keep shipping.

These days I run Azurcrea, my own studio in Toulon. Alongside client work I design and ship my own products under it — a receipt tool for accountants, an analytics platform for Amazon sellers, a card-magic app, a few others. Designing something, building it, selling it and then answering for it is a different education from handing off a Figma file, and it has made me a better designer for clients too.

Off the clock, you'll usually find me practising close-up magic — which, as it turns out, became one of the products.
