biziibot
Paste your address, get an agent that answers in the visitor's language — and knows when to fetch you.
Setup is one paste and one line.
You give biziibot your website address. It reads the site — offers, prices, hours, the things people actually ask about — and hands back a single line of markup to drop into your page. From then on it answers visitors from what your own site says, in whatever language they wrote in.
Small businesses do not have a support team, or a spare afternoon.
The businesses this is for — a restaurant, a garage, a salon — lose enquiries to silence. Someone asks a question at nine in the evening and gets an answer two days later, by which point they have booked elsewhere.
Existing options ask for exactly what those businesses do not have: someone to script the answer tree, keep it current, and be available to take over. And a scripted bot that cannot answer is often worse than no bot, because it burns the visitor's patience before the human ever sees the conversation.
Two languages in the room, and neither person has to notice.
The multilingual behaviour is the core of the design rather than a setting. A visitor writes in Spanish and is answered in Spanish; a German visitor gets German. Nobody picks a language from a dropdown — which matters, because the moment you ask someone to configure the tool before it helps them, you have lost the person who was in a hurry.
The handoff extends the same idea to the owner. When a visitor asks for a human, the owner's phone buzzes and they reply in their own language; the visitor reads it in theirs. The person running the business does not have to speak the visitor's language to serve them, and does not have to sit at a desk to do it.

Live, and running entirely on the edge.
biziibot is in production. The whole stack — crawling, the vector index, the conversation store and the model calls — sits on Cloudflare, which is what makes a flat low monthly price viable for a single-location business rather than something priced per seat.
It is also embedded in several of the other products in this portfolio, which is the most useful testing a support tool can get: I am one of its own customers.
