eBeauty Asia
I co-founded eBeauty Asia and designed its branding, design system and web app, a booking platform where users find beauty services at great deals.
A startup, from brand to booking flow.
eBeauty Asia connected beauty professionals to customers by letting shops publish offers for their off-peak hours, filling chairs that would otherwise sit empty. As co-founder and designer, I owned the whole product surface: the brand identity, the design system, the front-end, and the motion that gave the young company a confident, trustworthy feel.
It ran alongside DreamSpot, the digital product studio I co-founded in Taipei at the same time. The studio built products for clients; eBeauty was the one we built for ourselves, which meant every decision was ours to get right or wrong.
Earn trust fast, make booking effortless.
Booking beauty services online means trusting a stranger with your time and your face. The product had to feel credible from the first screen and make finding a deal and booking it genuinely quick. I built a reusable design system so a small team could ship consistently, and designed a booking flow that stayed short even as the catalogue grew.

A full brand and product, built from zero.
eBeauty Asia launched with a coherent identity, a working design system and a booking web app, all shaped in-house as a founding team.
Owning it end to end taught me something I have carried since: the brand work and the booking flow were never two jobs. Trust was won or lost in the same few screens where the booking happened, and treating them separately would have cost us both.
