01 — Overview

Turning a workout into a game.

Overhand Fitness ran gamified workout experiences at some of Shanghai's biggest fitness events, alongside brands like Adidas Republic of Sports, Nike Superworkshop and ChinaFIT. I shaped the visual world of that experience: the design system, the on-screen visuals and the edited video that set the energy on the floor.

02 — Approach

High energy, brand-ready, screen to floor.

Events like these live or die on atmosphere. I built a bold visual system that read from across a crowded room, held up next to global sports brands, and carried through from screens to motion graphics and edited hype video, all produced across Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender and After Effects.

03 — Outcome

A visual identity that held its own at brand-name events.

The experience shipped across major Shanghai fitness events with a consistent, high-energy identity.
